Pat Brewer
Medical Secretary/Clinical Assistant
Pat has been employed by Popp Cosmetic Surgery since 1989. With a background as a Medical Assistant, Pat is incredibly knowledgeable about the various clinical procedures and surgeries performed at our office. Pat truly has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. She is the mom at the office, the one we look to for advice on everything. She makes every patient feel like an old friend and if doesn’t have an answer for you, she will always find it, ensuring you are taken care of.
Clinical and Surgical Coordinator
Amanda has been employed at Popp Cosmetic Surgery since 2004. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience under her belt, she makes time to pause and teach her patients the details about what it takes to do each procedure, big or small. When a patient, coworker or one of her daughters are worried about something whether it’s life, pre surgery jitters or detailed post op care, she has a solution. She’s terrific at planning ahead for healthy meals as well as surgery preparation. Although she works from dusk until dawn going above and beyond, she still is available to kick back and relax whether it’s at the lake or on the slopes! Marijke Cavanaugh, R.N., B.S.N.
Clinical and Surgical Nurse
Marijke has been employed at Popp Cosmetic Surgery since 2018 while working in the front office during nursing school. She graduated with her BSN from Nebraska Methodist College. After working a year in the ICU, she joined our office staff as a full-time nurse. Marijke is one of the most lighthearted, kindest humans to creatures both big and small. If you can’t pronounce her name right away, she will smile and say “Just call me Marge!” Marijke is lover of sunshine and warm summer days. She and her husband enjoy walking with their dogs and traveling to warm destinations by the beach to explore the ocean by scuba diving with the nurse sharks and other sea life. She always has a spark of humor in anything she does and helps her coworkers and patients with empathy and a glowing smile.
Holly Mike
Surgery Coordinator
Holly, our newest member to our team, joining in September 2024. She has been a paramedic and a 911 dispatcher and also worked with neurology and neurosurgery before joining our team as a surgery scheduler. Recently married to the love of her life, they enjoy dancing outside under every full moon and seeing as much live music as they can. When she gets a moment to spare from planning and prepping for her household of 8, she is fascinated with true crime as well as a lover of Mother Earth. And cats

Receptionist
Erica joined our team in January of 2023. She was with Southwest Airlines in their customer service department for almost 25 years before joining our crew. If she doesn’t have an answer, she will find it, making sure our patients feel cared for. When Erica isn’t spending her mornings with us she is attending a multitude of sports and activities with her daughter or traveling with her husband, older children and newest member of the family, her granddaughter.
